This is the work of Chicago artist Matthew Mullane who has created a vibrant nine track synthesizer odyssey that'll take you away to places both unknown and familiar. It's a cerebral and colourful journey as Mullane weaves a sonic cocoon around the listener with glistening synth orchestrations. The sounds and pulses emitted have remarkable depth. This is an album that will reward with repeated listens and one that is a pleasure to be absorbed in. Edition of 500 copies on this Editions Mego sub label which is being curated by Peter Rehberg and John Elliot of Emeralds.
