We got a couple of releases in on this label this week and I got 'em both. Whoopydoo! Here's the 1st one by a chap called Pleq who we've had a few bits in by over the last few months. The one I heard was kinda IDM-y sounding and this is miles away from that one. The 1st track is 9 or 10 minute droney glitchy opus complete with all the whoops, crackles & fizzles you'd expect. Warm sounding drone essentially with a bit of a Line/12K thing going on. The tracks vary from that sound to a more typical warm drone sounding affair with less crackles and fizzles but with a bit more melody in there (honestly!). There's more of this kind of stuff than you can shake a shitty stick at, at the moment but if you're hankering for more of this sound then this is done super well and is as representative of warm glitchy drone as you'll get.
