Grime man Terror Danjah's got a new album entitled 'Undeniable' out on Hyperdub with the tracks also making an appearance as a collection of 12" singles. This first of these 12"s sees our man Terror D paired off with London rhymester Dream McLean for the appropriately titled 'Grand Opening' but as far as I can tell the A-side is an instrumental so it's possible the tracklisting is all fucked up? I'm not sure. Anyway, the instrumental track on here is pretty damn sweet but the stuff with MCs on doesn't really work as well for me. The Dream McLean track is a seriously epic affair with strings and vocal choirs building to a dramatic beat driven crescendo but the MC is typical of the grime scene, hitting me up with a load of pointless jibber jabber. 'Breaking Bad' (ft. Baby Face Jay) work slightly better for me but again, the vocal contributions don't do much to enhance the track.
