Next up is new band Righteous Fool which feature Corrosion Of Conformity members Mike Dean (Bass/Vocals) and Reed Mullin (Drums/Vocals) with HR Band guitarist Jason Browning. As you can imagine, R.F share a lot in common with Corrosion Of Conformity but I'm also getting a Queens Of The Stoneage vibe thanks to the tasty vocal delivery and almost pop rock structure. This one also goes out of it's way to really shred it up proper. 'Forever Flames' is basically a good time barrage of dense riffage and wild solo's. You've got to assume these lads chonged a few bongs in before hitting the studio to cut this little baby. Super thick, saturated stoner rock at it's finest. I hope they are supporting the reformed Soundgarden if and when they decide to tour the UK. I'd be fucking made up. Gimme my riffs you fucks.
