I've not heard this chap before but what I'm hearing is most pleasant. Harris creates lush ambient soundscapes using instrument samples and field recordings which he then reassembles and modify's using his own custom built software. For this album he's began with violin, bowed guitar and saxophone samples and reshaped them into slowly evolving, gentle, evocative and fully immersive tracks. The sounds feel gentle and spacious and fit in very well with the general aesthetic of the label. At times I'm reminded of some Celer stuff the way the sounds slowly come forward and then gently retreat.
