It's quite hard to grasp this latest offering from Big Steve Mason as the song floats right past you, like a musical gas or a deft touch from a strange dirty man on a wind swept train platform. Its sounds solid though, and has production that one might deem workmanlike. It's not spilling all over the place, which is not a bad thing. The remixes vary in my opinion quality wise. The flip side has a tripped out feel that I'm quite excited by. The remix on side A is a sure fire no-no. It's cod reggae... With extra emphasis on the cod. It should sit well on the new "Wigger-Mortis" album by UB40. I think its about as hip as Bruce Willis, in brown loafers jiving along to "Lollipop " by The Chordettes.
