Not the title of a late period Adele record (haven't we done that joke before?) but the third studio album by kraut-rock greats Neu. The duo couldn't decide which direction to go in so they did the natural thing and split the record in two. The first side showcases Neu's earlier repetitive style whilst the B side heads into more ambient territories. A brilliant band who influenced everyone... I'm particularly looking at you Stereolab.

“Neu! 75” has always been my favourite Neu! album partly, if I’m honest, because I preferred the black cover. Also, “Isi” is my favourite piece of Neu! music too. It is followed by the gloomy “Seeland” and “Leb’ Whol” is a beautiful piece of ambience. “Hero” and “After Eight” rock and sound more like Can than anything else Neu! did. There’s more Krautrock perfection with “E-Musik”. This is their best and a perfect example of the Krautrock sound. It's up there with Can's "Tago Mago", "Future Days" and "Ege Bamyasi".
