Here's a super tidy set of noisy, overtone-filled guitar dronesmithery from Joseph Davenport, aka Millipede. Immediately (perhaps inevitably) the harsher end of Fennesz's output comes to mind so it seems quite fitting that a sample of his voice, recorded during a telephone interview, is used on one of the tracks. I guess Skullflower would be another obvious touchstone, but this is far less dark and more overtly psychedelic, even shoegazey in parts.. Actually, come to think of it, it's really making me think of when My Bloody Valentine when they do that 'noising one off' bit of 'You Made Me Realise' during their live sets. This talented chap's got all sorts going on in his stuff if you're of a mind to listen..
