And if it's not a baritone then it should be as they're using it to make a kind of instrumental Morricone/post-rock hybrid somewhat in a Labradford vein but a fair bit more overtly riffy and hook-oriented.. I mean it's not Man... Or Astro Man? or anything but it's not done in a po-faced kinda way. It's good but to be honest it's the sort of thing that'd seem to suit a more long form format (longformat?) than the humble 45rpm 7" single. Then again the A-side sounds weirdly fine at 33rpm too due to the very minimal drum work so it's one of those happy 50% extra free type efforts if you feel like messing around with it.
