8/10 Li'l Biz Staff review, 06 May 2010

Yowza, it's been a while since i've heard any new material from Washington DC's Dischord label (home of some of the greatest records ever made don't you know) and it seem that the agenda has changed significantly over the past few years. This Title Tracks seven is proof of that. John Davis who used to play drums in Q and not U as well as fronting Georgie James appears to have been bitten by the Elvis Costello bug as is evident on A-side 'Every Little Bit Hurts' which oozes a post punk/do-wop charm that is as lush as it is infectious. B-side 'Found Out' is equally as poppy in it's approach and comes of sounding a like the soundtrack to a summer come early. Not entirely sure how i feel about the direction of Dischord nowadays but it's certainly no reflection on this ace single..good work Davis.
