A special reissue of Warm Leatherette, Grace Jones’ 1980 album. This collection remasters the album tracks and singles and B-sides, instrumentals and club and dub versions, making a total of 27 tracks. The 2CD set comes in a leatherette case and the four 180g LPs are in a hard case with a download code. A hefty celebration of one of the greats at her very best.

9/10 Alan Customer review, 6th July 2016

This is my first time Norman review, hope it's useful.

This is a wonderful album. Now expanded to four discs to include all the remix and cassette only tracks that were missing from the original release. Brilliant songs wonderfully produced. What more do you want? Highly recommended if you can afford the price of admission. Alternatively look in the charity shops for an original. I managed picked one up for 75p. Hopefully Nightclubbing will get the same treatment very soon, as it's as good if not even better.

8/10 Jack Customer review, 3rd June 2016

Grace Jones first album on the Island label was one of her very best in her relatively short music career. A cool blend of funk, new wave, reggae and rock, all add to the greatness of this album. The album vastly consists of cover versions of tracks as diverse as "Private Life" and a catchy remake of the Motown classic, "The Hunter Gets Captured By The Game" - a highlight off the album, showcasing Jones' vocal abilities. The album scores well with the two final cuts "Breakdown" and "Pars", both are two mellow, new wave numbers, rounding off the album on a high note.
