8/10 Jack Customer review, 6th July 2015

Joan of Arc are a prolific bunch. Tim Kinsella leads his troop of ever-changing, merry men and women in his never-ending ambition to make challenging music. Flowers is the twelfth studio LP and doesn't exactly follow suit with the more commercially pleasing releases of Eventually, All at Once and Boo! Human. The moments that shine on Flowers are mostly instrumental, from the springy "Table of Laments" to the excitingly acoustic eponymous track from the album. Not just for the hardcore fans, Joan of Arc never seem to slow down.
