Apparently there's been a warehouse find of 400 copies of The Future/ The Human League The Golden Hour Of The Future 12". How can you lose 400 copies of a record? I don't suspect that this is a re-press riding on the success of the recently re mastered CD at all. Not that label owner Richard X will need the dosh as he's probably largeing it with big breasted females in Malibu and spazzing all his Sugababes dosh on vintage arcade machines and suntan lotion. So the 12" contains 3 tracks that weren't on the CD. One of them is dodgy as fuck and the others are decent old synth gear. The main tune 'Dance Like A Star' has Phil Oakey in fine form with total crappy lyrics "Hear The Guitar". Brian says that one of the tunes sounds like Thrilled Skinny being played by The Radiophonic Workshop. Decent fun but none of the genius moments of the album made it on here.
