Seasick Steve
Travellin' Man / Ready Or Not

Seastick Steve is doing his bit to make us all feel better, whether it's just the visceral joy brought about by his stomping mix of boogie and blues or the fact that he’s spreading positivity through the title of his new album, Love & Peace. Travellin’ Man / Ready of Not is a double A sided single lifted from the LP.

Seasick Steve
Love & Peace / Carni Days

Love & Peace / Carni Days by Seasick Steve is the first double A-sided single to be lifted from the album of the same name. According to Steve there’s nothing in the lyrics particularly about love and peace, but he felt by giving the record such a title he’d be spreading hope and positivity - through his special mix of blues, boogie and Americana - at a time when we really need it.

Seasick Steve
Keepin’ The Horse Between Me And The Ground

Shameless pretend hobo bluesman is back again with a new album, and this one would appear to be a double. Keepin’ The Horse Between Me And The Ground (great advice for riding horses) has Seasick Steve supported by a grizzled band, boogie-grooving through more tales of American-style free-living. Easily done when you raked in a bunch of cash from making up a story about being homeless.

Seasick Steve & The Level Blues

This is the very first album from everyone’s favourite (presumably-former?) hobo bluesman Seasick Steve, recorded in 2004 with a pair of Scandinavians (The Level Devils). Cheap sounds cheap, but it's also full of heart and soul and gnarly guitar, presented raw and unadulterated. Reissued by There’s A Dead Skunk on CD and vinyl.
