DMX Krew
RAM Expansion

RAM Expansion sees electro toe-tapper 'Ed' DMX Krew upgrade his computers to Windows 98 to make some murkier, harder-edged grooves to get your USB dongles moving. Expect Central Processing Unit-esque beats that'll get Bill Gates crying into his luxury egyptian silk pillow. "Why didn't I start making beats? WHYYY??"

INKAMERA
Time Rewind

New EP from INKAMERA, the production / vocal project of fresh electro queen Victoria Lukas whom was half of Zerkalo with Drexciya/Dopplereffekt's Gerald Donald. Time Rewind is a set of club tunes that also move like synth-pop songs: a neat balance. Time Rewind’s seven tracks are pressed to twelve inches beautiful clear white vinyl, released by the Last Known Trajectory label.

Synth Alien
Memories

Synth Alien lands on the planet (well, label) Last Known Trajectory with this 4-track set of shimmering spacey electro. After strong releases on Interstellar Tracks and Le Galassie Di Seyfert, Memories is an excellent addition to this Spanish producer’s roster. 12” vinyl in a limited pressing.

Visonia
Opal's Sunflower

Visonia is an icy-modern cold-wave project, and Opal’s Sunflowers is their second full-length album. Most of the vocals seem to have been pushed through a whole bank of filters, leaving the identity of the singer(s) unclear: a good fit with the distant sound of the synths and the drum machines. LP release on Last Known Trajectory.

Visonia
Impossible Romance

Visiona continues to ride that minimal wave into the sunset with debut 'Impossible Romance', which features tightrope synthwork and sweet wobbling vocals that switch between dread-inducing and serenely romantic. This is arguably the brightest work of their early career, based around minor keys and desperate textures but always shining with New Wave optimism in its choruses. Sinister party music is forever.

Jausaz The Shining & Victoria Luka
Shadows

Wiry electro-pop that will kick you while you're down, 'Shadows' covers us over with ambience, then filters it through rhythmic micro-aggressions and cold beats. The soundscapes Jausaz The Shining and Victoria Lukas have made are usually replaced with acid workouts that shift between hushed tones and climactic moments; the vocals recall the stoical, far removed mumblings of of Massive Attack's 'Mezzanine'.

IN SYNC
Storm: Evolution I

IN SYNC's techno classic 'Storm' gets worked over on the first of two twelve inch servings. Lee Purkis had bagged himself a strong line up of re-inventors for this project. On this opening platter E.R.P. (aka Gerard Hanson) and Maarten van der Vleuten (Evo-Lute Muzik) tackle the lead track. Ramjac (of Irdial vintage) gives 'warm' a modern workover to finish proceedings. On Last Known Trajectory. Mastered at echospace Detroit HQ.
