Bikini Kill
Reject All American

Bikini Kill were feminist punks and the original Riot Grrrl band. Their discography is small but their impact was large over their 6 or 7 years together due the amount of bands they inspired and influenced and the movement they created. Reject All American was their last album and was originally released in 1996. Vocalist Kathleen Hanna went on to form Le Tigre.

Bikini Kill
Pussy Whipped

One of those "everyone who heard this thing started a band albums", in 1993 Bikini Kill released their debut album Pussy Whipped. Righteous and vicious, the album represents the start of what has come to be known as Riot Grrrl. Pussy Whipped features some of the most unrepentant punk music ever recorded.

Bikini Kill
Revolution Girl Style Now!

Sweet! This is the absolute earliest material of furious Riot Grrrl legends Bikini Kill, consisting of their first demo tape. This is also the first ever vinyl appearance of Revolution Girl Style Now! on the vinyl medium, and includes three extra tracks not on the original release. So DIY that the tape runs out before one of the tracks is done.

Bikini Kill
Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah EP

You cannot beat a bit of proper riot grrl. Here's a re-release of Bikini Kill’s second EP Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah, featuring both the original tracks, and on the b-side, seven previously unreleased recordings of live shows and tapes. Vinyl that's better than you and that will kick your arse.

Bikini Kill
The Singles

Pitchfork said that The Singles by Bikini Kill defined the band. This description writer would like to take that a little further and suggest that it defined the Riot Grrrl sound. The band were fronted by head Riot Grrrl Kathleen Hanna. Features classics such as Rebel Girl and New Radio - the latter being a collaboration with proto Riot Grrrl, Joan Jett. LP and CD on Bikini Kill Records.
