Say Sue Me
Where We Were Together

A charming LP from four-piece Say Sue Me here. While they call the South Korean city of Busan home, Say Sue Me’s sound is full of throwbacks to various 90s indie stylings. Grunge, shoegaze, twee-punk and more are recalled on the band’s second album, though the group singing in their native language puts a new twist on these well-worn genres. Excellent songwriting and sprightly playing characterises songs like ‘B Lover’ and ‘Old Town’.

Bored Spies
Summer

From Bored Spies, a Canadian-Korean-Singaporean trio made up of singer/guitarist Cherie Ko of Obedient Wives Club and Pastelpower, Orestes Morfin from Bitch Magnet on drums and Seam’s Sooyoung Park on bass. From psychedelic rock influenced by Jefferson Airplane to 90s style alt rock. On 7” vinyl.
