Sonar Base
Sonar Bases 4-10

Vintage Dutch electro from Sonar Base, one of Frank de Groodts many aliases (and possibly the best). This is a double LP set that gathers up numbers 4 to 10 of the original Sonar Base releases, which should be enough information to convince you already if you know anything about classic spacey electro. From U-Trax.

Pieces Of A Pensive State Of Mind
Missin' You EP

Many of you will have been waiting on this one for some time. Back in 1994 the Dutch producer Frank de Groodt released Missin’ You as Pieces Of A Pensive State Of Mind. The U-Trax release has become something of a connoisseur's piece in the intervening years, and the distinctive electro-techno style of the tunes here is what keeps it in the bag of DJs such as Hunee. A quarter-century on from its first issue (pretty much to the day) Missin’ You has now been remastered and given a new lease of life.

Sonar Base
Dark Matter

Reissue, remaster and first vinyl release of Sonar Base's 2005 album, Dark Matter. Six tracks of sci-fi inflected acid in its various shapes and sizes. 'Sonic Discharge' is a through and through banger, while 'Dark Matter' takes a more subtle, almost dubby approach. Limited to 400 copies on Deeptrax Records.

Sonar Base
Sonar Bases 4-10

A much needed remastered vinyl reissue of Frank De Groodt's (Fastgraph, The Operator, The Optic Crux, Ultradyne etc.) mythical 1997 album, originally issued on Dutch imprint U-Trax and later reissued on CD via Daz Quayle's SCSI AV label. Original vinyl copies are prized amongst the electro community and on many wants lists, so it's awesome to see this astral electro/techno album back in print on wax.
