Bat For Lashes
Lost Girls

Natasha Khan gets back to Bat For Lashes for the project’s fifth album, and it’s vintage-tinted synth-pop baby! Lost Girls positions itself as a soundtrack to an imaginary 80’s teen movie, and it certainly fits that bill, with all the tropes and details in just the right place. Lost Girls is released by Bat For Lashes Records.

Bat For Lashes
If I Knew / In Your Bed

Two new tracks from Bat For Lashes most recent album The Bride, released as a double A-side 7” single. If I Knew is a tenderly dramatic piano ballad, while In Your Bed broadens the instrumentation somewhat for an intimate song of longing. Natasha Khan has a lot of charisma in her voice, that’s for sure. 7” released in limited quantities by Parlophone.

Bat For Lashes
The Bride

After time spent dabbling with the Sexwitch side-project, Natasha Khan returns to her original moniker for the first Bats For Lashes album in 4 years. At the core of the record is the dark tale of The Bride, a figure whose husband-to-be is killed in a car crash: a suitable narrative for Khan’s darkly ornate, shiny-black production style. On Parlophone.
