Hope Sandoval & The Warm Inventions
Son Of A Lady

None-more-sultry chanteuse Hope Sandoval (Mazzy Star) follows up her at times rather excellent 'Until the Hunter' album with a 10" EP that not only includes an acoustic version of the mess she made with Kurt Vile but includes three brand new tracks not on the album.  Very limited edition 10" on Tendril Tales.

Hope Sandoval and The Warm Inventions
Let Me Get There

Hope Sandoval is of course the sultry lady who makes up one half of Mazzy Star but she has a parallel career with her Warm Inventions who include one Colm O Ciosoig better known as the drummer in My Bloody Valentine. This is a two track taster for their upcoming album 'Until the Hunter' and features none other than Kurt Vile on 'Let Me Get There'.

Hope Sandoval & The Warm Inventions
Until The Hunter

The Warm Inventions’ first album in 7 years with Hope Sandoval from Mazzy Star, and who recently surfaced on the Massive Attack’s new single The Spoils. Bluesy and warm groove in a smokey lounge bar setting, jazzy twinkling keys, whammy barred guitar slides. Features a duet with Kurt Vile on Let Me Get There.

Mazzy Star
Ghost Highway

Ghost Highway serves up two 1994 portions of Mazzy Star recorded in the moment, one from a live show and one from a radio session. We get a nice mixture of favourites from 1993’s So Tonight That I Might See and early versions of tracks that would later surface on other albums. CD released by FM In Concert.

Mazzy Star
So Tonight That I Might See

This is a much needed re-issue of the second album from David Roback and Hope Sandoval's dream pop/slowcore band. Originally released in 1993 this contained their superhit 'Fade Into You' which peaked at no 44 in the hot 100. One of those albums that gained momentum this is a fine addition to their small but perfectly formed set of records,
