Stone Foundation
A Life Unlimited

Friends of Paul Weller, The Stone Foundation play funk, soul and jazz taking their influences from artists as diverse as The Style Council and Massive Attack. A Life Unlimited is their sixth album and was originally released in 2015. It features guest performances from Graham Parker, Nolan Porter, The Four Perfections and head Blow Monkey, Dr. Robert Howard. Repress on The Turning Point Recording Organisation.

Stone Foundation
Everybody, Anyone

Weller got so excited by the last Stone Foundation album that he ended up producing it and playing on every single track. This time round he's a mere guest along with bandmates Mick Talbot and Steve White. Also appearing is Dr Robert from the Blow Monkeys. Stone Foundation have here mined a heavier funk vibe than before but still blend funk and soul with mod-ish pop and have become a popular live act on the 'circuit'.

Stone Foundation
Simplify The Situation

The synergy between Neil Sheasby and Neil Jones is as concrete as you'd come to expect, from a creative force under the moniker of Stone Foundation. Featuring vocals from Paul Weller himself alongside a handful of Leo Zero re-jiggs, Simplify The Situation is a stonewall modern-soul success.

Stone Foundation
Street Rituals

The new album from Stone Foundation (their fourth) is particularly remarkable for one reason: Paul Weller. The former Jam-man was due to produce Street Rituals, but ended up musically contributing to every single track. So this is an augmented version of Stone Foundation’s soulful sound. Released on a strikingly wide range of formats on the 100% label.
