Sasha’s recent Scene Delete is one of his most ambient projects to date, with influence taken from the likes of Max Richter. This release completes a trilogy of remix EPs, giving Plaid and Christian Löffler the chance to work their own lively (Plaid) and slow-shuffling (Löffler) magics on tracks from the album. Scene Delete: Remixes #3 is out on Late Night Tales.
The second installment of remixes of Sasha’s downtempo ambient, Nils Frahm inspired, album Scene Delete released early 2016. Two more tracks reimagined, this time by Max Cooper turning Chanel DEQ a bliss washed minimal techno piece, and Matthew Dear (Audion) injecting a harder, later in the night pulse to Pontiac.
Sasha came out under a different light earlier in 2016 with releasing Scene Delete. An ambient beat driven album that was obviously directly influenced by many of the modern classical greats. Taking it further Late Night Tales have got Kiasmos and Rival Consoles from Erased Tapes to do some remixes to add even more ambient warmth.
