Robyn
Honey

Robyn started her music career over twenty years ago with throwaway pop songs, working with the likes of pop supremo Max Martin (Backstreet Boys, Westlife - urrrgggh, two of the greatest artists of all time!). She has really come into her own since those days though. With credible pop classics like Dancing On My Own she balanced dancefloor hit with heartbreaking lyrics. She continues this artistically successful formula with her new album, Honey. LP on Island.

Robyn
Who Do You Love (Wolfgang Voigt Remixes) / Electric (Mad Professor Dub)

Robyn, queen of all she surveys, lights the beacon for Wolfgang Voigt and Mad Professor to ride through the night to her quarters. She unfurls the scroll and bequeaths them each a task: to remix a track of hers. Voigt, eager to win the favour of royalty, turns in two versions of her 2014 Kindness collaboration ‘Who Do You Love’. The ‘Gas Mix’ is a slow, mournful techno number; his ‘New Romantic Version’ a cleaner, poppier re-rub. Mad Professor flips 1999’s ‘Electric’ with trademark panache.

Mr Tophat feat. Robyn
Trust Me EP

Excellent pop star Robyn’s latest appearance is on Trust Me, an excellent slice of sexy modern electro-disco by Mr. Tophat. The 12” features a nicely stretched-out ten minute version of the tune, as well as a punchy radio edit of ‘Right Time’ and another track called ‘Disco Davato’. 12” single on Smalltown Supersound.

Röyksopp & Robyn
Do It Again

Swedish singer Robyn and Norwegian electronic duo Royksopp have teamed up to record Do It Again, a mini album which is regarded by both acts as a true collaboration, a meeting of minds. The album precedes a new Royksopp full length album later in the year. The trio really felt like a band during the making of the album and even toured in support of the release. Do It Again is available on vinyl LP, with download code and CD.
