Omni
Multi-task

Omni's debut 'Deluxe' was one of those records which seeped rather than marched into your consciousness. The fact that we sell a copy seemingly on a daily basis exemplifies it's popularity. The band have the nimble fleet fingered sound of fellow Athens group Pylon and in guitarist Frankie Broyles they have an ex Deerhunter nimble on the fretwork.  This second LP expands their musical palette whilst keeping their minimalist agit-pop sound intact.

Omni
Networker

Hang on. I was thinking that Omni only released a new album earlier this year when in reality Multi-Task came out in 2017. How time flies when you are enjoying yourself.  Networker is their third album and their first since signing for Sub Pop. Theirs is a taut and wiry sound with nods back to Gang of Four and fellow Georgians Pylon and they have an ex Deerhunter in guitar ace Frankie Broyles. Networker turns up the 'fi' on their twisty turny sound but retaining the catchiness and freshness of their earlier work.

Omni
Deluxe

Featuring former members of Deerhunter, post-punk outfit Omni hail from Atlanta, Georgia. The band combine über-precise beats and riffs with laid back Talking Heads style vocals. Recorded in the bands own practice space by Carnivores' Nathaniel Higgins, you can stay old school with the traditional black vinyl, or, for the more adventurous, why not try the purple?
