Bacao Rhythm & Steel Band are an enigmatic bunch from Hamburg, Germany. One thing that’s not so shrouded in mystery, however, is their tunes. They have graced the decks of many a DJ from Brazil to Berlin. Here we have a 7” featuring two steel drum covers. One side is My Jamaican Dub, a version of Grace Jones’ My Jamaican Guy with a version of Eyrkah Badu’s The Healer on the flip.
