Mort Garson
Didn't You Hear?

One of the most highly prized works from Canadian composer and electronic music pioneer Mort Garson, Didn’t You Hear? was the soundtrack to the film of the same name directed by experimental filmmaker Skip Sherwood in 1970. One of the first-ever all-electronic scores for a film, it was available to buy only in the lobby after screenings in Seattle at the time and was deleted soon afterwards. Sacred Bones now re-issues it on vinyl, resurrected from the master tapes.
