Day Wave
Headcase / Hard To Read

This vinyl LP and CD from Fat Possum records combines Day Wave's new EP, Hard to Read, with last years Headcase EP as well. Both releases are intimate and lo-fi synth pop experiments, that borrow equally from confident west coast music and introspective bedroom rock. Warm synths and chiming guitars are used to create something both upbeat and sad at the same time.

Day Wave
The Days We Had

Day Wave is the indie outlet for Californian man Jackson Phillips, who seems to be responsible for every aspect of this recording. The Days We Had has the lush sunny haze of the best summer indie-pop, with both shoegaze and synth-pop aesthetics hiding in the mix. The album is released by Fiction on CD and gatefold LP.
