Everything But The Girl
Walking Wounded

Originally released in 1996, the year after the Todd Terry mix of ‘Missing’ had destroyed charts throughout Europe, Walking Wounded was the undisputed commercial high-water-mark for Everything But The Girl. Housing four UK Top 40 singles - including two Top 10 hits in the title track and ‘Wrong’ - the album went platinum in Britain. Now, it’s been re-mastered via half-speed technology at Abbey Road for a well-deserved vinyl re-issue.

Everything But The Girl
Amplified Heart

Amplified Heart, from 1994, was the eighth album by Everything But The Girl. It contained the original version of Missing, before it was given the Todd Terry treatment and subsequently became a gigantic hit. Tracey Thorn believes this to be the album that reignited the duo’s inspiration and verve.

Ben Watt
Storm Damage

New album from Mr Tracey Thorn as he eschews the organic sound of his previous two solo LPs with a much more bold and out there sonic experimentation. Remember that Ben Watt was producing electronic work in the latter days of Everything But the Girl and here he creates a unique trio of piano, double bass and drum kit to play songs inspired both by personal and political upheaval. Low's Alan Sparhawk guests.

Ben Watt & Robert Wyatt
Summer Into Winter / North Marine Drive

Summer Into Winter/North Marine Drive is a collaboration between Ben Watt, formerly of Everything But The Girl and Robert Wyatt. Robert Wyatt was a huge influence on Ben Watt. This LP features a sublime cover of Bob Dylan’s You’re Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go and will appeal to fans of Nick Drake. Limited to 500 copies on virgin white vinyl.

Ben Watt
Fever Dream

Ben Watt, best known as one half of Everything But The Girl (with Tracey Thorn), returns to his initial starting point as a solo singer-songwriter. Fever Dream is an intimate set of traditional songcraft, recorded with help from musicians including M.C. Taylor of Hiss Golden Messenger. Released on Watt’s own Unmade Road label.

Ben Watt
Golden Ratio EP

Ben Watt straddles a few worlds; comfy singer songwriter, 80's reluctant pop star, writer and curator of house type record label. At least two of these worlds collide here on this double 12" of re-works of songs off his recent 'Kendra' album by Charles Webster and Ewan Pearson turning them into deep house throbathons with some balearic house meshed in.
