Motörhead
Ace Of Spades (40th Anniversary Deluxe Box Set)

A lavish fortieth anniversary reissue of 'Ace Of Spades', which as you'll no doubt be aware was Motörhead’s most commercially successful album upon release in 1980 and houses the utterly iconic title-track. This boxset contains the remastered original album, two live double-albums taken from performances on the concurrent 'Ace Of Spaces' tour, a 10” EP of previously unreleased instrumentals, a DVD compilation of live appearances, a 40-page book telling the complete story behind the album, and a replica tour programme among many other trinkets. Phew! If you like collectables, I tell you I'm your man.

Motörhead
On Parole (Expanded & Remastered)

'On Parole' was meant to be Motörhead’s debut LP when it was recorded in 1976, but the fact that it was left unreleased until 1979 meant that the record served as their fourth studio album. Here 'On Parole' gets an expanded reissue on double-vinyl, remastered from the original tapes and coming complete with six bonus tracks. Hard-rockin' and trash-talkin', 'On Parole' is the only Motörhead album to feature their very first line-up of Larry Wallis on guitar, Lucas Fox on drums and the indomitable Lemmy on vocals and bass.

Motörhead
Overkill

1979 was the year that Motörhead truly came into their own, releasing two of their finest albums and nailing down their sound. To mark the 40th anniversary of that vintage year for Lemmy and his men, Overkill is getting a deluxe half-speed re-mastered re-issue, coming packaged as a 20-page ‘bookpack’ and including a newly unearthed live recording from Aylesbury.
