Leon Vynehall
Midnight On Rainbow Road

Leon Vynehall presents his much-loved track Midnight On Rainbow Road, originally heard as part of Gerd Janson’s Music For Autobahns 2. For this stand-alone release, the ‘ambient race car music’ is presented in both its original free-drifting mix and as a ‘beat edit’ to keep the dancers happy. 12” on Rush Hour.

Rojus (Designed To Dance)

Leon Vynehall unveils a rich and varied collection of house cuts. On Rojus (Designed to Dance) the producer’s lush, spacious deep house is in full effect. Vynehall uses jazzy samples and soulful vocals to create a unique, organic dance music, and this double EP contains two 12” of the good stuff.

Leon Vynehall

Leon Vynehall has taken us on a bunch of journeys through his ambient house universe. Now the beneficent and mysterious life-force called !K7, responsible for the DJ Kicks series, has invited him to put together a mixtape. The man has risen to the occasion and focused on an interesting selection rather than smooth mix, accelerating from 79 to 169 BPM over the course of 26 tracks from the likes of Tomaga, Primitive, and AFX.

Nothing Is Still

Well, Leon Vynhall wrote a book. In the mid 20th century Vynhall's grandparents emigrated to New York, a journey he has found incredibly inspirational. The sum is Nothing Is Still, an album, a novella, and more. What's more it features most of an orchestra. Vynhall's debut album is nothing if not ambitious.

Music For The Uninvited

Well. Leon Vynehall, whose debut LP Nothing Is Still is about to drop any moment via Ninja Tune, sees his double-12" package Music For The Uninvited get a welcome re-press on Martyn's 3024 imprint. Features a number of tunes well-worn by a number of name DJ's, some already classics in the pantheon of House. Also, the set opens with the magnificently funky-yet-beatless 'Inside The Deku Tree'. An essential for the fans who didn't get a copy on wax in 2014. We await his debut LP eagerly.
