Musically it’s more expansive too: his usual laid back boogie piano is evident as the album kicks of off but as the album goes on he introduces elements of psych rock, folk, electro and R&B. Unknown Sire also marks the introduction of synths into his work. Chew is highly regarded by Uncut Magazine.
