necroscape

The long-awaited second studio album from tētēma, the collaboration between Faith No More’s Mike Patton and Australian composer Anthony Pateras. Half a decade after their debut, necroscape grew naturally from Pateras’ tape loop and analogue synth compositions and mixed with Patton’s distinctive vocals, Erkki Veltheim’s violins and Will Guthrie’s percussion.

Corpse Flower

Recorded in between Paris and Los Angeles as a result of a meeting between acclaimed French composer Jean-Claude Vannier and Faith No More’s frontman Mike Patton eight years ago, new collaboration album Corpse Flower is alive with invention and professional simpatico. Mike Patton
1922 (Original Music From The Netflix Film)

Faith No More/Tomahawk/Fantomas/Peeping Tom frontman Mike Patton has composed the score to the Netflix film 1922. The film is based on a Stephen King novella. The score is mainly orchestral with foreboding strings, however, you can expect the odd cacophonous burst, typical of Mike Patton. Coloured vinyl LP and CD on Ipecac.

Crank: High Voltage (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)

Crank gives a good indication on what to expect from this soundtrack to the Jason Statham action movie. High Voltage an even better indication. Crank: High Voltage is a heavy, thudding mix of electro and metal from Mike Patton, lead singer of Faith No More and Mr. Bungle. First vinyl reissue with exclusive artwork by John Bergin.

Dead Cross
Dead Cross

ANOTHER supergroup fronted by Mike Patton (Faith No More, Fantomas) with Dave Lombardo (Slayer, Misfits, Suicidal Tendencies), Justin Pearson (The Locust, Head Wound City) and Michael Crain (Retox). Enough name dropping. Think Fantomas but with Justin Pearson… wait.. It is furious and completely batshit… but with less crazy electronics, more riffs, and Lombardo’s double pedal given it’s full use.

Faith No More
Cone Of Shame

Following a whopping seventeen year hiatus, San-Francisco rockers Faith No More returned in 2015 with the overwhelmingly successful and chart-ruffling Sol Invictus. Now in 2016, over a year since that release, the five-piece build upon their glory with raucous and sinister Cone Of Shame.

We Care A Lot: Deluxe Band Edition

This release looks all the way back to 1985 and the debut of original vocalist Chuck Mosley’s Faith No More. We Care A Lot is roughly produced (the band had no money) but full of flavour and 80’s flair. It has been out of print absolutely years, so here comes a Deluxe Band Edition remix with 9 extra tracks of unreleased material. On Koolarrow Records.
