Weezer
Weezer (Green Album)

Weezer reissues! Everyone’s favourite US power-indie-pop hitmakers get pressed up to 180g wax by Universal, getting their post-2000’s work fully available again. Their Green Album was the first album Rivers and co. made after a semi-split, and it contains the smash singles ‘Hash Pipe’ and ‘Island In The Sun’.

Weezer
Make Believe

Weezer reissues! Everyone’s favourite US power-indie-pop hitmakers get pressed up to wax by Universal, getting their post-2000’s work fully available again. Make Believe was released in 2005, smashing into the popular consciousness via the super-single ‘Beverly Hills’. 180g vinyl reissue on Universal.

Weezer
Weezer (Teal Album)

Weezer have been delighting fans all over the world since 1994 with their fun brand of post-grunge guitar pop. They have a penchant for naming more-or-less every other album by colour. Weezer, or The Teal Album is an album of covers headed up by their now infamous cover of Toto’s Africa. Elsewhere there’s versions of songs that were originally by TLC, Black Sabbath, Tears For Fears and ELO, amongst others.

Weezer
Invasion Of Privacy (The Black Album)

It had to happen at some point. Yes, after Red, Green, Blue and the rest, we now have Weezer’s Black Album. Technically this thing is called Invasion Of Privacy but we can pretty much guarantee no-one will be referring to it thus five years from now. This LP has been produced by Dave Sitek and sees the band going for that sort of nerdy white-boy funk thing that has been tried by everyone from Nickleback to Jack Penate over the past few years. We could have seen that coming too.

Weezer
Weezer (Red Album)

Weezer reissues! Everyone’s favourite US power-indie-pop hitmakers get pressed up to wax by Universal, getting their post-2000’s work fully available again. The Red Album is a good fun silly Weezer album, featuring both the super-catchy ‘Pork And Beans’ and the absurd / sublime ‘Greatest Man That Ever Lived’. 180g vinyl reissue.

Weezer
Maladroit

Weezer reissues! Everyone’s favourite US power-indie-pop hitmakers get pressed up to wax by Universal, getting their post-2000’s work fully available again. Maladroit is Weezer’s 2002 album, put together partly with assistance from their fans: the album cover was in fact a fan submission. Features ‘Dope Nose’.

Weezer
Pacific Daydream

Weezer bring their eleventh full length album. Acting as a follow on from “The White” album (Weezer), they go black, or grey. Taking their sunny beach filled melodic pop/rock into a world of uncertainty and fantasy. But don’t fret, the melodies are still rife. They compare it to a mix of the Beach Boys and The Clash, so prepare yourself.

Weezer
Weezer (White Album)

Weezer return to their ‘Colour’ series of albums with The White Album. Songwriter Rivers Cuomo tells us that it is supposed to be a ‘beach album’, and the energetic power pop thrills it contains would go nicely with a long afternoon on the Los Angeles beaches that inspired it. Out on Crush Music / Atlantic.

Weezer
Everything Will Be Alright In The End

Geeky alt rockers Weezer return with their first studio record in four years, and judging by the record titles ('Raditude', and, uh, 'Hurley'?), the first record they've taken seriously in a very long time. 'Evertything Will Be Alright In The End' sees the band working with Ric Ocasek again, the producer who helped make their seminal 'Blue Album'. On 'Everything Will Be Alright In The End', Weezer attempt to throw back to the good ol' days of shredding pop songs.

Weezer
Weezer (Blue Album)

Weezer burst onto the scene with their debut self-titled album, known as The Blue Album, in 1994. Their brighter take on grunge - adding pop melodies to loud guitars was a perfect mix for the mid-90s. And if that’s your kinda thing then this album is packed with tune after tune. Includes the singles Buddy Holly and the rather Pavementy Undone (The Sweater Song).
