Suede
The Blue Hour

Well. They are back. David Bowie might be dead but Suede are still alive right? So everything is ok. This one follows on fairly swiftly from their successful 'comeback' LP 'Night Thoughts' and shares the line up with their classic 'Coming Up' record. Expect a lot of wrought songs about being outsiders in suburbia and wandering around the city feeling a bit isolated.

Brett Anderson
Collected Solo Work

Suede-man Brett Anderson has had a fairly busy career outside of the band over the years, with four solo albums released between 2007 and 2011. This box-set has all those albums, as well as the attendant B-sides and (for the CD version) recordings from two live shows. Collected Solo Work is available as either a 4LP or a 5CD+DVD box set, courtesy of Edsel.

Suede
Night Thoughts

Something that a lot of people thought impossible at one point is soon to come to pass: a totally new album by Suede. Night Thoughts seems to be very much the late-period, grandiose work, featuring a full string section for most of the record and accompanied by a full-on film exploring the same themes, available as a DVD with half the four formats available.

Suede
Dog Man Star Live At The Royal Albert Hall 2014

Here we have a super-deluxe release of Suede’s recent live performance of one of their greatest albums, Dog Man Star. The gig took place at the Royal Albert Hall no less, and the double LP is packaged within a special poster sleeve that shows you images of the momentous event. Record Store Day 2015 release on Demon.

Suede
Albums Collection

Albums Collection by Suede comprises all six studio albums recorded by the London four-piece between 1993 and 2013 plus the two-CD compilation album Sci-Fi Lullabies which brings together all of the b-sides that appeared on singles lifted from the first three albums. The box set also includes a 60 page booklet with the thoughts of the band members on each album.

Suede
Royal Albert Hall 24 March 2010

Britpop act Suede had been broken up for a good seven years by the time 2010 came round, but decided to reunite to help out the Teenage Cancer Trust with this rare, one-time deal at the Royal Albert Hall. Except, you know, they got back together for good, because they clearly have no will power. 'Royal Albert Hall' collects the show that brought them back together in all its glory.

Suede
Coming Up

For their third album, Coming Up, Suede had recruited 17 year old guitarist Richard Oakes via an ad in a music paper. Oakes replaced the departing Bernard Butler. The band also became a five-piece with the addition of keyboardist Neil Codling. Coming Up was released in 1996 and reached number 1 in the UK album charts. It is their biggest selling album and includes the singles Trash, Filmstar and Beautiful Ones.
