Nursing the mother of all hangovers I've almost lost the will to live... Let's see if the DJ Scotch Egg 'Drumized' album can perk me up... I heard that he'd signed to Load a while ago after he toured with Lightning Bolt so here are the latest fruits of his labour. You know the score with Mr Egg like, he does some wacky gameboy mentalism and such like. If he has a baby he should call it picnic egg. The smaller cuter version of the scotch egg. Did you know that you can eat them anywhere and not strictly at a picnic. Don't you just love the free world.... This is actually very silly indeed. His 8-bit gabber exploits wear a bit thin on these ears after a short while. It's all a bit quirky and bonkers and definitely not what you need with a monster of a hangover. If you like your noisy stupid electronics though and are a scotch egg fan then you may well dig this one. He did do an album called Scotch Vader though so I'll let him off the hook. As always with Load gear it's CD first then wax later.

This Drumized record takes cues from older trad jazz, Earache era gabber and some of yr better ringtones. FUN is the word to use here!! and theres a vinyl version to boot too!
