OK here's a fantastic 12" by Why? called The Hollows on Tomlab of all labels. They appear to be tracks from the forthcoming album Alopecia due March next year. What we have is a great 4 track EP by Why?. I love the fact he's moved over from hip hop to a more poppy/ indie area and it works brilliantly. He's such a talented songwriter that you can't fail to fall for his songs at some point. The lead track The Hollows is one of the best songs I've heard by him.... Why? just writes excellent quirky pop music and it's executed perfectly. He may be a genius but I may be taking it a bit too far?? Pink vinyl only and there's an extremely understated Boards of Canada mix on there which is limited to this release. 500 only for the world.
