Maths Class: 'Emporio Laser' / 'Cushion Glamour' (Life Is Easy) A healthy comparison, courtesy of Mr Phil, is a Emo take on Help She Can't Swim. Angular almost metal like skrony guitar theatrics and electro buzzing FX. On the flip of this AA side single is another Foals like take on the sub punk-funk high end scratchy guitar, racy percussive drums and squidgey analogue keyboard frills. Lovely sleeve you'd think contained some electronica, but none! There's a CD available too.

What their label says...

Debut limited edition double A-side single.  Forming in 2006 Brighton based quintet Maths Class have quickly established themselves as one of the most exciting breaking bands. Immediately they caused a stir with their frantic, energy-fueled live shows. After recording 3 live tracks produced by Steven Ansell (Blood Red Shoes), they were asked to play the first Vice Kills. Following this success, Vice Magazine invited them to play two shows in Barcelona for the launch of the Spanish edition. They then had further performances including their festival Tales of the Jackalope. Other recent key live dates include supports for Blood Brothers, Foals, Battles and Underage Festival.
