OVERVIEW: Hard-Fi are back! On August 20th they return with one of the singles of the year, 'Suburban Knights'. The first track to be taken from their eagerly awaited second studio LP 'Once Upon A Time In The West', it's a blistering, electro-urban psalm of rousing hooks & genre-spanning sounds that's set to define the summer and dominate airwaves. Written by frontman Richard Archer and co-produced by Richard with Wolsey White, the new single is a welcome return for the critically acclaimed four-piece. 'Suburban Knights' is mixed by Spike Stent, whose previous credits include U2, Bjork and Madonna.The band's smash-hit, Number 1 debut LP 'Stars Of CCTV' was released in 2005 and sold in excess of 750,000 copies. Spawning the hit singles 'Hard To Beat' and 'Cash Machine', it also secured the band's well-deserved Mercury Music Prize nomination.
