Sote is an artist that has released on Warp. He has a cool coloured vinyl 12" on Record Label Records out that's limited to 300 copies and comes in a handmade cloth sleeve. The 'Wake Up' 3 track EP delivers some heavy breakbeat electronics and distorted drum and bass, like a less violent breakcore sound. The rhythms are pretty infectious. This is aimed more directly at the dancefloor than previous releases on the label but retains the forward thinking attitude. Quality stuff.
