Now Clinic with their new on Domino called Funf which is a compilation of b-sides and rarities. Never really got into these chaps and all the doctors costumes they wore. However time has mellowed me and I finding this quite an enjoyable ride with a good range of styles from heavy rock to sensitive plodders. Sounding a bit 60's surfy.. now it sounds like the Rhubarb and Custard theme tune. 10 years spanned so its hard to sum it up in a sound bite. Lots of ideas Aye.

What their label says...

Take a trip down memory lane with ‘Funf’, Clinic’s fifth LP, a carefully chosen selection of rarities, b-sides and vinyl only releases from the last 10 years.   A testimony to dark sense of humour and sinister enthusiasm.   ·From the early L.S.D. Roy Orbison nightmare of 'The Majestic' and caustic punk of 'Magic Boots', it was high energy/high imagination time well spent and tradition abused. The eerie disfigured M*A*S*H styled theme of 'Christmas', general hardcore offensiveness in 'Nicht' and severe Christian fuzz of 'Dissolution...’, were all easily a match for their album counterparts. Even 'The Scythe' and 'The Castle' gave good dancefloor, with 'Golden Rectangle' a mellow Patti Labelle afterburn.
