...according to our Mingus on 31 May 2007.
After their monstrous debut double A-side single ‘Fingers Become Thumbs / The Lord Hates A Coward’ was unleashed at the beginning of the year to a rapturous reception, Future Of The Left return with their second single ‘Adeadenemyalwayssmellsgood’.The band, consisting of Andrew Falkous (vocals/guitars), Kelson Mathias (vocals/bass) and Jack Eggleston (drums), pick up where they left off on their debut single. ‘adeadenemyalwayssmellsgood’ batters the senses in to a pulp. It’s a merciless three minutes of savage, muscular guitar riffs, ferocious, pounding drums and hypnotic basslines, all of which have been ever present in their astounding live shows. The band will be heading out on tour in May/June.
