Here's Darqwan on the fashion conscious Planet Mu label. Long gone are the days of electronica and now it's all dubstep this and that. Shame really cos they did a lot of really cool records back in the early days. Some of the new 'uns aren't so bad.... That Landstrumm LP was a bit useful..... quite liked that last Distance 12" 'n all. Anyway Darqwan does a dubstep thing with some nice echoey dub sounds in. It bimbles along nicely with some dub-esque vocals. If you're into information then I can tell you he's had things out before on Soulja and Storming to name just 2 labels. I kind of like this anyway (I fookin loves it - Antx). I just wish Planet Mu did their own thing a bit more... Maximum Reespek is 12" only and I believe it's street talk for maximum respect.
