Filthy Pedro have a 7" out called Rock N Roll Points which is chirpy old style indie which reminds me a bit of Camper Van Beethoven. That kind of thing. Not bad at all...... On Blang Records.

What their label says...

Filthy Pedro's debut single will be familiar to listeners of Radio 1’s Rob Da Bank and viewers of Channel 4's Transmission, whose weekly Rock' N' Roll Points interview was inspired by the song.  A witty and catchy antifolk anthem about the culture of excess in rock set to nifty drum loops, guitar riffs and a hypnotic bass line.  B side is a ballsy ballad about kinky sex and ancient history. Championed by XFM’s Lauren Laverne, FP, the Black Sheep of Anglesea is a prominent insurgent of the UK antifolk scene, co-organiser of the seasonal Antiolk Festivals in London and instigator of the globally popular antifolk.co.uk website.  He has toured his acoustic songs extensively throughout the UK and beyond to New York and Ireland.  His music has a genuine lo-fi ethic combining storytelling with acoustic folk/rock guitar and use of hip hop beat samples.
