Von Sudenfed is in fact a new project featuring Mouse On Mars and the Lord Mark E Smith. It isn't in fact a new brand of paracetomol. I've been wondering what this sounds like for a while and now I've heard it I can tell you it sounds exactly as you'd think it would. Bouncy, squelchy Mouse On Mars beats with Smith's insane rambling. If you're a fan of the DOSE thing he did and the Einar Orn Ghostigital single you'll be wanting this to play at home and cock about to. I can heartily recommend this. 12" only and there's a Max Tundra mix as well as a couple of other folks I've never heard of. Noice.

‘Tromatic Reflexxions’ is the debut album by Von Sudenfed, the trio formed by Andi Thoma and Jan St Werner from Mouse on Mars and The Fall’s legendary and anarchic frontman Mark E Smith. This album combines the genre-smashing attack of early-millennia club music with Mark E Smith’s free-associating visionary wordplay. Album opener and club stomper, first single ‘Fledermaus Can’t Get It’ will be available on 12” and download as a teaser ahead of the LP. The track is more direct and upfront than anything Mouse on Mars fans might expect. Mark E Smith’s highly recognisable vocals command on a banging robotic electro beat.
