Someone else I haven't got is The Pigeon Detectives. Their 1st single I'm Not Sorry has been re released to rapturous applause. The noise in the office is deafening. These are massive apparently. I had no idea whatsoever. You think I'd have some kind of clue but I'm really that dense. Anyway I'm Not Sorry has the obligatory anthemic rousing chorus which is reasonably catchy. I have to say that for the 1st time I kind of understand why they're so popular. Once again I feel the need to add a disclaimer that I really don't like this but I can see why many many other folks do. On 2 x 7" and CD and this time the sleeves don't feature smut. I am waiting for the album sleeve to have some full hardcore pigeon porn in there.....You know you like it oui?

What their label says...

Follow up to top 20 single, ‘Romantic Type’. The Pigeon Detectives have been endorsed by everyone from the NME to BBC Radio 1 to The Guardian to The Sun.    ‘I’m Not Sorry’ is already Zane Lowe’s ‘Hottest Record In The World Today’.   Only 500 copies of the original version of the single were pressed and it’s since become a much sought-after, highly collectable item.   The Pigeon Detectives have recently completed a sell out UK tour and supported Kaiser Chiefs on their UK tour.Produced by Will Jackson and mixed by Cenzo Townshend, ‘I’m Not Sorry’ is the perfect lead single for the forthcoming debut album ‘Wait For Me.’   The Pigeon Detectives have already sold a large amount of tickets for their next UK tour including a sold out date at Leeds Town Hall and dates at Manchester Academy and London’s Astoria theatre.
