Syntheme has a debut 12" out on Belgium's Weme label. They love their acid in Belgium. That's a fact. They also produce exceedingly good beer. This EP 'Lov3'is indeed like a fine belgian brew. Dark and full of flavour with a nice acidic edge. Am talking utter shite here but this is a quality acid EP at times reminding me of early Plus 8 records. There are some quirky vocal samples, solid kicks and some proper wonky 303 tweakin'. Would definitely rock a party. Cool EP.

When everyone thought that acid was like an exhausted mine.. that's when
Syntheme appeared with a fresh vein! But who is Syntheme exactly?
All we know is that he or she wants to keep incognito for some mysterious
reason.
And when he or she sent his demos to Planet-Mu, Rephlex and WeMe; all three
reacted the same way: they went mad! Three release for a debut is something!
Believe it or not, we still don't have a clue on Syntheme's identity; but
what's for sure is that there's loads of gossip going on about.
