What is it worth every band sounding like they're from The 60's. THE BISHOPS have turned into a jaunty early sounding 60's pop band you're mum would be more than happy to bring home for biscuits and that. There's hints of cheekiness like The Coral in there and overall it's a great little tune which isn't pretending to be anything else. I'd like to think they have matching bowl haircuts and suits. Defo loads of Beatles in there with a hint of 60's garage pop. I liked the last single by these folks. Decent music!

What their label says...
The Bishops prepare for their eagerly anticipated eponymous debut album with the release of this extremely remarkable record which oozes character and fervor from every pore. ‘I Can’t Stand It Anymore’ offers a deeper exploration of their earlier sound, showing the notable depth and variation of levels that their truly significant first album offers. Liam Watson (The White Stripes producer) and his analogue Toe Rag studio once again produces a razor sharp record that is brimming with energy and buoyancy.
Armed with addictive melodies, compulsive rhythms and particularly alluring suits, The Bishops are rightfully carving their own unique place in the modern indie spectrum.
