From some young monkeys to some old Dinosaurs in the shape of Dinosaur Jr. Who have reformed with heir original line up including Murph and porn loving Lou. Incredible. Actually Been There All The Time is probably the best track I've heard from the forthcoming new album which I thought was a crock of shite. I don't really like this but like I said it's probably the best track. I know J's always been partial to some serious guitar wanking and this has it's fair share of string stroking, but it's a catchy enough tune and probably better than most of the indie records out this very week. The guitar solos do make me wince though. Compare this to the greatness of You're Living All Over Me and Bug and prepare to be disappointed.

What their label says...

The first single from the original and revered Dinosaur Jr. lineup. This is their first studio release in 18 years. 2005 saw the original trio re-united for several live dates, culminating in May 2006 with a day curated by the band at All Tomorrows Parties. Such was the demand to see them play together, they had to perform two sets, to huge acclaim. It was this success which led the band to return to the studio and produce new material. They remain recognisably Dinosaur Jr.; the forthcoming album retains their original, raw and distorted sound, whilst reflecting a changed, perhaps more mature approach to songwriting.
The video for the single was directed by Matt Dillon.
