Hey it's no surprise we loved that Tillmanns 7". Hey we liked it so
much we bought the company... err I mean we gave it single of the year last
year. A coveted treat that many aspire to and not many receive. Well I'd like to
think that...but I'm now thinking no one is really that arsed what we say
anymore. So the 3rd releases from Fraction Discs brings us a debut
7" by Liechenstein. The Swedes are well into their twee indie pop
and a phrase dawned on me the other day to nicely sum up Swedish indie twee
music. Tweedish. Gerrit? Genius! Anyway this single is a marvellous slab of
bouncy female fronted indie pop. As honest as you can get and 100 % straight up
simple indie fun like your mum used to make. Think Camera Obscura, The
Pipettes, Aislers Set and you've got an idea of what you're getting.
Stalking Skills is a top lo fi 50's sounding Pipettes esque style tune
which makes your head jangle when you shake it from side to side. Fantastic
indie pop!

What their label says...
We are very proud to present the third release on Fraction Discs: “Stalking Skills“, a 7” single by Liechtenstein. This all girl quartet from Göteborg, Sweden were featured on last year’s “C-06” compilation tape released by indiepop blog Mira El Péndulo, and now (at last!) this longed-for debut single is here.
