Like a million records have just turned up and it's utter chaos. One of which is the 'Get Hurt' EP by NO AGE. As you'd expect from an Upset The Rhythm Record this is a right decent fuzzy racket. Lurking beneath the feedback are trashed punk pop tracks. You can hear the passion coming through the 6 tracks on this relatively lo-fi blue vinyl 12".

No Age are a guitar and drums duo from L.A. who make all sorts of noise with the added aid of drum machines and a bunch of peddles.
So far with nothing but a couple of DVD-R experiments under their belt, they’re offering up 13 plus minutes of lo-fi punk tantrums somewhere between Jesus And Mary Chain and Black Dice.
Sounding like a bedroom tape-deck recording with little or no post- production ‘Get Hurt’ has the kind of early 90’s punk honesty that reminds you that angst andanger are equally beautiful and short can most definitely be sweet.
